This in turn brings the blood pH within the proper range. By eating the wrong foods (too much acid ash), the body is in a state of stress. If the pH of the urine is constantly in the high acid range then this is called acidosis. When the urine pH is 6.0 and below for extended periods of time, it indicates that body fluids elsewhere are too acidic.
