Do You Know What Causes Wrinkles - and How You Can Prevent and Treat Them?

Obviously you get more wrinkles as you age, unless you take proper preventative measures. I have covered those issues in other articles on preventative skin care maintenance, please refer to them for further information.
Most experts agree the number one major factor affecting your skin condition relates to your daily exposure to the elements.
If you work outdoors all day exposed to the sun with its UV-A rays, cold wind, airborne chemicals and dirt you are likely to develop more wrinkles than a regular indoor office worker. Empoyees in certain industries are more exposed than others, construction and farm workers for example, work in hot dirty conditions day after day and get filthy by the end of the day. They are the least likely types to use skin care products, and get more wrinkles which start earlier on in their lives.
The next issues are your daily habits -- Do you smoke? Do you drink a lot of alcohol? Do you have a poor diet, and eat lots of sugars and fats? Do you do regular exercise or not? Are you tall and skinney or short and fat? Do you drink enough water and hydrate your body? Do you get enough rest? There are other but you probably get the general idea.
I am not suggesting you become a nun, totally abstain and not enjoy yourself, but, try and be sensible. The above have a big bearing on your general condition and in particular your skin health. Obviously, if you can improve your health and fitness and maybe give up smoking, it will certainly go a long way to help your skin improve in the long run.
One thing you can easily do is implement a regular skin maintenance program, and use the best anti anti wrinkle cream you can afford. If your young and don't have any wrinkles yet start as soon as possible and continue doing it. Even if you can only afford a night and day cream moisturizer, its better than nothing.
If your older and have developed a few wrinkles already, you would be wise to start treating them regularly with an anti-aging skin cream that has the ability to stimulate and re-grow collagen and elastin. These two important proteins degrade as we age, and unless you can find a way to boost and increase your levels, you have no hope of reducing wrinkles. You can of course undertake a more radical and expensive solution, like plastic surgery or injections.
I prefer to use a new skin cream to the market manufactured by a small company in New Zealand who you won't of heard of. They have made a natural anti wrinkle cream called Cynergy TK containing a collagen and elastin stimulation ability. One of its ingredients functional keratin can penetrate through your epidermal skin layer and penetrate deeply to boost these two proteins. This increase in collagen and elastin volume plumps the skin, resulting in a reduction in the depth of your wrinkles. The more regrowth the more wrinkle reduction.
Finally, try to avoid UV-A rays as much as possible. Improve your health and try to cut down on those bad habits especially smoking, sugars and fats. Implement a daily natural skin care regime and keep on doing it. If you would like further information on the anti wrinkle skin creams I prefer, please visit my website below.
